Magnolia-licious Christmas All Year Long Blog Hop

Welcome to Installment #4, our 4th month for our Christmas card hop.  I almost decided not to join this month due to time, but at the last moment I did.  And can you believe that this card came to me in one night...no sketch, no idea on where to start.  I was even going to use a different stamp!

Here's a little housekeeping info for you:
So the image I was going to use..I'll use next month.  :)  I've been wanting to do this type of card for a long while now.  I had even had the base already cut and folded, just didn't know what to do with it.  And last night it just came together.

I used:  Silent Night Tilda, #3018, SU Classic Basic Black ink, Prima's Holiday Poinsettia with a yellow brad from my stash, My Mind's Eye Signature Christmas Holiday Glitter Pack with SU's Pretty in Pink on PaperTrey's white cardstock.  The stamp is from SU's Christmas Punch set.  To close the card & yet make it openable, I used Making Memories magnetic closures (not sure on the brand). I colored using SU Watercolor Wonder Crayons.  Used Sparkly Fluff for the coat trim.

I hope you are enjoying your blog hop.  Go get a snack & your next stop is:  Mae Wisor

Merry Christmas...in April!
:)
