Mini-Calendars

I found this project I want to try (I'll post it later) and needed mini-calendars.  I searched a few stores & didn't find any small enough for my project.  I, at one time, had found an online store that sells them.  But...now that I need them, I can't find that "safe" place I stored the address.

So today I open up Microsoft Publisher (2007 is my version, I think).  Go to: Calendars, Wallet Size & Boxes (this is the style of calendar).  It prints 3 to a page:
If you look closely, you can see little lines.  I line up those lines in my trimmer (Fiskars, couldn't tell you which one) & cut above & below calendars.  The lines should be in the middle of cut line.
Then, I take the side lines of the calendars & line it with the 1st line to the left of the cutting line.  This will trim the extra sides off.  Also, makes the calendars even.  I didn't figure this out until about October,  so I had a few uneven sets.
I trimmed 2 pages at a time & put them in piles by month.
After I was finished trimming the calendars down, I started putting them together backwards.  I used Tim Holtz Idea-ology Tiny Attacher to staple the months together.
I'm not sure if you can tell - the first set (top one) I stapled at the top corners, the 2nd one (middle) I stapled in the center & the last one (bottom) above 1st & last letter/#.  I like the last one best.

It took me maybe 15 minutes to cut, sort & staple.  I will link the project I use these on later.  But just in case you have a use for a mini-calendar...very simple to make!

Thanks for showing how easy this is to do. Love it!
