Today's share is using a set I purchased a while back from LDRS of this beautiful magnolia. The sample image in the set has the flower in shades of pink. Being a Mississippian I was wanting a Southern Magnolia white color and had in mind a couple of inks I wanted to try. If this had not worked, I was trying watercolors next. I am pleased with the recipe I found with this softer color palette and a light blending hand.
I stamped the image in the same color as I blended the flowers. It was so light, it basically disappeared. I went back in with a green color pencil to add the veins on the leaves.
