Review: The Last Thing He Told Me

The Last Thing He Told Me The Last Thing He Told Me by Laura Dave
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Audio was very well done. Told from Hannah's point of view, you get all the details on how she met Owen (married only a year when he goes 'missing'), her struggles connecting with stepdaughter Bailey and how they work together to find out why/what happened to Owen. The storyline is part mystery & part relationship development. I was a little disappointed that we didn't get Owen's side of the story and there were a few other quirky things I didn't like. It was an interesting listen and couldn't wait to get back to it when I had other things to do. If reading it myself, it would have been one you sit and read all night. AND, that ending.... :)

FYI: there is language - F bomb dropped about 5-6 times.
In all honestly, it really could have been left out and the emotion be conveyed...

Update to Review:  Apple TV has a television series based on the book
