Birthday/Mom's Day Cards

Well, Hello There.  My name is Lori and I'm addicted to craft stuff (although you wouldn't know that by the amount of posts I do)...  it's been so long since I've logged in that I felt the need to introduce myself.  Blogger even let me sign in without creating a new blog.  Cool.

Friday night was my monthly card club with my Stampin Up demo (and friend).  We made 2 cards.  This first one I only added the Mom's day sentiment.  The second was altered.  The original was a Thank You card.  The floral was a square with top corners & bottom edge in the scallop with holes.  My grandmother's birthday is Thursday & decided to alter it instead of making a new one.  I told you my mojo is lacking these days.  So here they are:

The middle is a close up of the basket.  I added flower soft (to cover up the almost non-visible eggs).  My daughter suggested I add some to the bunch in her hands.  I didn't at that moment, now I'm thinking I should have.  Would have given it a little extra umph..
