I found the template I used. You can find it here. I also put a link in the side bar. Look around, there are several templates there. I'm not sure who the person is that put the templates together, I think Suzanne Dean...thanks for sharing! I found the link at Magnolia-licious Highlites blog. There is a video tutorial there too. Just as a side note, you can resize the template to what you are working with very easily.
